With nearly 20 years of R&D and algorithm leadership, Niels Mørch specialises in innovation, algorithms, and machine learning. His career spans wireless communication, fingerprint biometrics, and audio optimisation, where he has led teams to deploy impactful algorithmic solutions at scale. Niels is experienced in product strategy, emphasising platform development, re-use, and automation for scalability and quality. He holds a PhD in Mathematical Modelling from the Technical University of Denmark, and has also served as Managing Director for Danish subsidiaries of international tech companies during their growth phases.
